Method

Understand, scope, steer and hand over.

The level of detail changes with the assignment. The essentials do not: a shared problem, explicit decisions, tested work and a usable handover.

  • Speak directly with an expert
  • On site across Occitanie
  • Remote work throughout France
Overview

From the first conversation to handover

The aim is not to add process. It is to make responsibilities, decisions and remaining work visible.

  1. Understand
  2. Define the scope
  3. Build or lead
  4. Test and hand over
Four stages

What we do at each stage

01

Understand

We speak with management, users and, when useful, the suppliers already involved. The aim is to separate the real need, the constraints and what is currently getting in the way.

Deliverables

  • Focused interviews
  • A clear view of the current setup
  • A shared definition of the problem and objectives
02

Scope

We define the scope, priorities, dependencies and success criteria. You get a practical basis for deciding before committing time and budget.

Deliverables

  • Scope and priorities
  • Recommended approach
  • Budget, schedule and watch points
03

Build or lead

Depending on the project, we develop, automate, configure or lead the partners involved. Progress and trade-offs remain visible throughout the work.

Deliverables

  • Clearly identified work packages
  • Decision and progress tracking
  • A delivered solution or a managed project
04

Test and hand over

We prepare acceptance testing, track fixes and organise the go-live. Documentation and handover are planned so your team or another supplier can take over afterwards.

Deliverables

  • Acceptance testing and fix tracking
  • Supported go-live
  • Documentation and handover
